Wolverhampton Art Gallery aims to provide a friendly, accessible and inclusive environment for visitors to explore art.
Our collections include some of the finest artists from the 18th century to the present day, with a diverse range of styles to match. We have the prestigious Northern Ireland collection, a broad collection of Georgian and Victorian art and the most renowned collection of Pop Art outside of London featuring works by British and American Pop Artists, including Roy Lichtenstein and Andy Warhol, all displayed alongside the contemporary exhibition spaces.
One key aspect when displaying these collections is the idea of interactivity, and we aim to provide plenty of hands-on activities to challenge, entertain and inform including the award-winning gallery Sensing Sculpture, which is perfect for families.
Wolverhampton Art Gallery has a shop selling a range of craft, gift and exhibition items and a café with a modern menu selling freshly made produce.
